The Future of Our Delivery Model

We’re not quite there yet, but here’s what I aim to achieve for our company. We have many talented individuals on our teams, but we haven’t yet reached a shared understanding of what constitutes effective collaboration and teamwork that truly generates value.

1. Stronger Teams Through Smarter Practices

Great products begin with great teams. That’s why I am revisiting how we develop software—not just the code, but the collaboration. We should move toward development practices that reinforce team stability and performance. It’s not about heroic individual effort. It’s about consistent, predictable success through clear communication, shared ownership, and processes that amplify—not hinder—collaboration. Stable, high-performing teams aren’t born; they’re built.

2. Flexible Delivery > Rigid Plans

The best-laid plans are only as good as the information they’re based on, so we need to shifting toward a delivery model that emphasizes impact over process. That means prioritizing ruthlessly with clear business values, responding to change quickly, and always staying focused on what moves the needle for our customers. We still plan. But we plan flexibly, and we prioritize learning over guessing.

3. Coordinated Teams, Integrated Solutions

No customer cares how many teams built a feature—they care whether it works. To deliver seamless customer experiences, our internal teams (not only Engineering, all teams, sales, products, support etc) must move as one. We’re investing in explicit coordination across squads so that integrated features and end-to-end capabilities don’t fall through the cracks. When teams align around the customer, magic happens. And that’s the alignment we’re driving toward.

4. Automation and Real-Time Insight

Finally, we’re accelerating our investment in integration and automation. Critical delivery activities—testing, deployment, progress tracking—need to happen with minimal friction and maximum visibility. By eliminating waste and surfacing real-time insights, we empower our teams to deliver faster, smarter, and with greater confidence.

In Summary

This transformation is not just about software—it’s about mindset. We’re moving from rigid execution to adaptive delivery. From siloed teams to integrated ecosystems. From blind planning to intelligent prioritization.

We’re building the future—together—and we’re doing it with intention, clarity, and courage.
