The logic behind Vadim Zeland’s Transurfing Protective Shield energy exercise is quite similar to Tai Chi. However, Tai Chi involves movements of the body, which can help redirect the mind from too many random thoughts and emotions, and calm both heart rate and mind and let the enerygy (QI) flow freely within our meridians. For many people, including myself, starting with Zeland’s exercise can be challenging. Nevertheless, I plan to give it a try before going to bed starting today.

🧠 Tip: Don’t worry if you don’t feel it physically. Imagination and intention are enough to start.

  • Picture both flows moving at once, upward and downward in parallel, without crossing.
  • Try decoupling the flow from your breathing—let the flows continue even when you’re not inhaling/exhaling.

🔹 Step 5: Create the Twin Energy Fountains 💦

  • Visualize the upward energy exiting your head and spilling over like a fountain above you.
  • The downward energy flows under your feet and fountains below.
  • Envision yourself inside a sphere of these two fountains meeting and encircling your body.

  • Shift your attention to the surface of your skin.
  • Mentally “inflate” this feeling, extending it outward into the energy sphere.
  • Let the sphere expand gently, like a balloon, until it stabilizes and feels “established.”
